About Dental Office

UNIVERSITY DENTAL CLINIC
Location: The dental clinic is located at the back of the Gabaldon and Supreme Student Government Buildings.
Function: to safeguard, maintain, prevent and protect the oral health of the school popualtion and communities. It provides preventive and curative treatment to school populace and communities with oral health problems.
VISION: Effective, effecient and economical delivery of dental health services to preserve and maintain human dentition for a life time.
GOAL: Promote, prevent and maintain the good oral health status of the school populate.
OBJECTIVES:
1. Take and update systematic individual dental health record of students, faculty member, employees and dependents.
2. Promote and create oral health awareness through  health education to improve the oral health status of the school population.
3. Institute preventive dental health services to prevent, minimize and control oral diseases.
4. Render remedial and corrective dental services.
5. Utilize scientifically tested medicinal plants for emergency treatment of dental ailments.
6. Conduct simple studies and research utilizing available data on oral health.
7. Enhance community participation on oral health care.
8. Provide a school healthful living.
For Issuance of Dental Health Certificate: It will take 20 minutes.
1. Pay first to the cashier and secure an official receipt.
2. Present the receipt to the dentist.
3. Oral Examination will be done to see the oral health status of the student then record the present oral health status on IDHC and daily accomplishment record.
4. The dental certificate will be flled-uo by the dentist and affix the signature.
5.Release the certificate.
