About ITTDC
Information Technology Training and Development Center
The advent of information communication technology paved the way for the institutionalization of the Information Technology Training and Development Center (ITTDC). The primary aim was to harness the potentials of the region into a technological resource. In 1997, the LIT launched the Center in order to bring the light of the communication revolution into the portals of Region VIII. The project was made possible with the assistance of the CHED and DOST. It has initially offered Trainer’s Training on IT.
At present, the Center provides computer literacy, programming, internet and application courses to mention a few of its major services. The LIT-ITTDC serves the need of the different industries and agencies. A competent pool of IT professionals and experts supervise the programs and projects that are designed to suit to the needs of its institutional clientele.
