Abstract
The icare: Health Check-Up System is an online application dedicated to the medical administration of Eastern Visayas State University. It will serve as a centralized system for EVSU Medical. Additionally, the icare application simplifies and accelerates data management by providing quick access to patients' medical records, accurate inventory, and timely medical reports and data analytics that highlight the most prevalent diseases and medications required in each department and course. The Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) Medical Clinic spends a lot of time researching and compiling a list of all the ailments and medications, as well as maintaining an inventory of the clinic's medications. Throughout the SDLC's software development methodology, the researcher employs the prototyping model, in which a prototype is designed from the client's perspective, tested by the client, and then reworked as necessary until an appropriate result is achieved from which the full system or service can be developed. The application was developed primarily through the use of survey questions and interviews. As a consequence, the icare program, which is now integrated and functioning online at the university, received a perfect score for its ability to improve and deliver hassle-free services to the clinic's clients and workers. The researchers implement and maintain the flawless operation of the icare application, which provides convenient services and meets the needs of the EVSU Medical Clinic's clients.
