Employees of Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) recently completed a two-day training-workshop on the preparation of Corrective and Preventive Action Reports (CPAR), held at Hotel de Fides.
The workshop, conducted by resource speaker Arlene E. Concio, aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of corrective and preventive strategies. It focused on enhancing their skills in identifying, documenting, and implementing effective measures for continuous improvement.
The activity reinforced EVSU’s commitment to quality service and ongoing process enhancement through proactive and structured change initiatives.
