As part of the Internship Pre-Deployment Orientation, a seminar on Work Ethics and the Safe Space Act (RA 11313) empowered our OJT students with the values and knowledge essential for stepping confidently into the professional world.
The speakers in this event highlighted the importance of integrity, punctuality, and accountability, which are the core work ethics that help strengthen productivity, foster trust, and drive innovation in today’s dynamic economy.
They also emphasized the Safe Space Act as a vital foundation for creating inclusive, harassment-free environments where everyone can learn, grow, and thrive.
Resource Persons challenged the students to become future leaders who uphold ethical practices, promote gender-respectful workplaces, and help build a stronger and more sustainable workforce for tomorrow.
