In order to facilitate the University’s Bulk Application for DICT digital signature, you are hereby requested to submit the following Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure (PNPKI) documents:
Accomplished and Signed PNPKI Application Form with ID Picture taken within the last six (6) months.

Submit your PNPKI Application Form to Dr. Danilo B. Pulma, VP for Internationalization and External Affairs and concurrent ICT Director, and email the scanned copy in pdf format to vpiea@evsu.edu.ph on or before October 25, 2021.
