The EVSU Extension Services Office serves as the primary link between the University and the communities we serve. Our mission is to translate the knowledge, research, and expertise developed within the academic walls of EVSU into practical, sustainable, and impactful programs for the people of Eastern Visayas and beyond.
We are dedicated to fostering community development, promoting sustainable livelihoods, and addressing societal challenges through collaborative and transformative initiatives. We bring the university to the community, helping to cultivate a skilled, empowered, and resilient citizenry.

Continually spearhead the implementation of the university’s extension agenda (UEA).

Disseminate Key Technologies & Info
Package and disseminate relevant technologies and information to target clientele.
Empower Communities with Sustainable Technology
Strengthen the capability, efficiency, effectiveness, and equity among target clientele in sustainable technologies on agriculture, fisheries, trade and industry, science and technology, socio-economic development, natural resources management, and other rural development endeavors.
Build Strong Partnerships for Development
Establish and/or strengthen linkages with other governmental institutions, non- government organizations, people’s organization, and private individuals in promoting sustainable development programs.
Robust & Accessible Data Systems
Comprehensive, functional, and accessible data systems for all RDE stakeholders.
Cultivate Lasting Institutional Linkages
Strong and sustained linkages and institutional partnerships with parallel agencies (public & private), business communities, LGUs, NGAs and other civil society organizations (foreign & local based).
Strategic support for RDE initiatives
Strategic support to all forms of relevant research projects, academic instruction, administrative production initiatives, and development extension endeavors by bridging leadership, knowledge, and other resources.
