  • Resilient Technology: Initiate the first PPP (Public-Private Partnership) pilot deployment specifically for a resilience/climate technology.
  • Protocol Development: Establish standardized partnership protocols and MOA templates for priority LGUs to facilitate technical resource-sharing

    • Standardize Partnership Protocols: Develop uniform MOA templates for the first 10 priority LGUs that explicitly include resource-sharing for climate action.
    • Baseline Risk Mapping: Complete Climate and Disaster Risk Assessments (CDRA) for initial partner communities to ground all future extension work in science-based data.
Shared Services Facilities (SSF)
