The Eastern Visayas State University recently hosted a delegation from the Southern Leyte State on September 12, 2025, as part of SLSU’s benchmarking initiative.

The SLSU delegation, led by Vice President for Student and Auxiliary Services, Dr. Marie Khul C. Langub, together with other key officials, visited EVSU to gain insights into the University’s practices in teacher-made admission questionnaires, test development processes, validation, standardization, norming, and quality assurance.

During the visit, the delegation was received by EVSU’s Vice President for Students, Internationalization, and External Affairs, Dr. Analyn C. Españo, together with the Director for Student Affairs and Services Office, Dr. Sonia T. Enrile, and other university officials.

The visit also opened opportunities for collaboration, as both institutions expressed their commitment to strengthening linkages and sharing best practices in higher education.
