Lee Justin Pasadas Rondina, a class of 2025 BS in Civil Engineering graduate of EVSU Main Campus placed top 9 in the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) recently released March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) with a rating of 91.40.

Furthermore, the university produced 84 new Civil Engineers, recording a 54.19% overall passing rate surpassing the national average of 35.05% and placing 27th among the top 30 performing schools nationwide.
