The Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) successfully conducted the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence (FBSE) Training for frontliners and personnel, reinforcing a culture of quality, integrity, and Filipino hospitality in public service.
The activity featured Module 1: The Philippine Tourism Industry Situationer, which provided participants with broader perspectives on service standards and national development, and Module 2: The 7Ms of Filipino Hospitality and Service Excellence, emphasizing values that translate into responsive, compassionate, and efficient service within the academic community.
Additional sessions on the Steps to Service Excellence and the Heart of Service Recovery highlighted the importance of professionalism, empathy, and accountability, while the Survey Feedback Forum encouraged reflection and continuous improvement.
Through this training, EVSU affirms its commitment to delivering excellent, student-centered, and people-oriented servicesβguided by Filipino values and dedicated to academic and institutional excellence.
