Among the 9, 835 top scientists in the Philippines, twenty-one (21) of Eastern Visayas State University’s faculty members were listed in the Alper-Doger (AD) Scientific Index World Rankings 2025, demonstrating the university’s continued prominence in the academic community.
Dr. Jeffry V. Ocay leads the institutional rankings in H-Index and Productivity Rankings having the highest total number of citations in his research on Critical Theory and Social and Political Philosophy.
Ranking second is Prof. Ryzel Maureen F. Canes with her most cited journal on Literature Languages and Social Sciences Humanities.
Third in rank is Prof. Jasten Keneth D. Treceñe with his journal on Digital Game-based Learning Engineering and Technology and Information Technology Education.
The other recognized scientists are Prof. Eduardo C. Cornillez Jr, Dr. Jessie R. Paragas, Prof. Jessie Richie N. De los Santos, Prof. Jereco Jims Agapito, Dr. Deborah Brosas, Dr. Gerry B. De Cadiz, Prof. Bernard Niño Membrebe, Dr. Sheldon Ives G. Agaton, Prof. Fideliza U. Cojuangco, Prof. Ma. Erenita Bahian, Dr. Charlene C. Pita, Dr. Mary Jean P. Yanger, Dr. Pearl Aphrodite B.
