News EVSU 100% compliant with PRIME-HRM Maturity Level 2

After the rigorous 2-day online assessment by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the Policies, Systems and Evaluation Division (PSED), EVSU has achieved level 2 compliance for the CSC’s Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

Attaining Level 2 PRIME-HRM maturity certifies EVSU’s compliance with CSC guidelines and demonstrates its growing proficiency in key HR systems, namely Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D) Performance Management (PM) and Rewards and Recognition (R&R). The CSC’s assessment, based on observations and feedback interview from Top Management, HRMDO and staff, HR Committees and selected middle managers and newly hired employees validated the university’s effective implementation of these processes.

At the conclusion of the assessment, EVSU proudly received an overall rating of 100% from the CSC, maintaining its Accreditation Status and awaiting conferment of Bronze Award.
