TACLOBAN CITY – The university lauded its long-time employees at the People’s Center Library during its annual Parangal awards last February 20. In attendance were honorees and retirees across campuses who achieved remarkable and fruitful years of service in the institution.

Embellished in Maria Clara Filipiniana and Barong Tagalog-inspired attire, the honorees, embodying illustrados, highlighted the night’s event, showcasing their exquisite, vintage-inspired wear.

Dr. Dennis C. de Paz, the University President, delivered his warmest felicitations to the honorees and retirees whose dedication to work contributed to the greater success of the institution. Such synergism propelled the workforce to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

Alongside the 118th founding anniversary, this event aims to recognize the seminal role that employees play in the conduct of their service. Their contribution to the EVSU work force cannot be relegated to the side.
