Eastern Visayas State University conducts its institutional year-end assessment and culminating activity on December 20, at the EVSU Inner Court.
This accentuates the milestones the university has achieved over the past months, despite the debacles it has faced. Further, this is a celebration of success and the accomplishments of the institution, which are the results of the synergistic efforts among its employees, not to mention the dynamic leadership of Dr. Dennis C. de Paz.
In his Yuletide message, Dr. de Paz lauded the accomplishments of the beloved university through the effort of faculty and staff who served as the backbone of the institution’s success.
Themed ‘Sparkling Success and Endless Possibilities: Celebrating EVSU’s Achievements and Embracing the Future of a Smart University,’ this event focuses on bolstering the university’s best practices in congruence with its four-fold mandate and looking forward to embracing another year with positivity and resilience as the university transitions to becoming a smart university, a vision that upholds an excellence-oriented institution.
Dressed up in children-themed outfits, the entire EVSU community graces the event, which is held in a venue surrounded by a Christmas-oriented ambiance, alongside Christmas gifts wrapped in love and joy. Select presentations from different colleges added vibrance and euphoria to such momentous occasion.
Indeed, no gift wrapper can drape the joy of the EVSUnistas as we come together and recollect upon the goodness of God, solidifying our celebration by remembering the greatest gift everyone receives—Jesus.
