The blessings continue to pour out for the beloved university as it recently received 15 units of Solar Street Lights with 60 watts’ capacity and complete arm with a unit price of Php 2,500.00 or with a total price Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos.

Eastern Visayas State University, through the initiative of the EVSU – Federation of Alumni Associations of the Eastern Visayas State University, was granted such endowment last December 31, 2021 from Polyphase One Construction, Inc., through its President, Engr. Ariel P. Duran.

On a Deed of Donation executed at the Conference Room, Office of the President, it is specified that the distribution and the installation of the said Solar Street Lights shall be as follows: five units to the EVSU-Tacloban City (Main) Campus, Tacloban, and two (2) units each to EVSU Campuses located in Burauen, Carigara, Dulag, Tanuauan, and Ormoc City.
