The 6th International and 9th National Conference on Poverty Alleviation and Sustainable Development officially opened on October 8, 2025, gathering researchers, educators, and policymakers to exchange innovative ideas on inclusive growth and sustainability.

Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) proudly joins this year’s iPOVCON attendees, led by University President Dr. Dennis C. De Paz. This year’s conference, themed “Technology-Driven Solutions for Poverty Alleviation and Inclusive Sustainability,” is co-hosted by Biliran Province State University, Samar State University, and the Department of Economy, Planning, and Development (DEPDev).
