In testament of its unwavering commitment to embody its core values lodged in the acronym EVSU, meaning Excellence, Value-Laden, Service Driven and Unity in Diversity, the Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU) took another significant step forward through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Local Government of Tunga in the Province of Leyte. The MOU was signed by Dr. Dennis C. De Paz, the University President, and Hon. Mayor Reinbert C. Costelo, the esteemed Local Chief Executive of Tunga.
