Abstract
The growth of audio-visual education in the Information Age has mirrored advancements in both technology and learning theory. It entails the design, development, and usage of technologies and materials for instructional purposes that incorporate sight, sound, or both. Still and motion images, filmstrips, television, transparencies, audiotapes, records, teaching machines, computers, and videodiscs are among the devices employed. The goal of this document is to outline the administrative procedures that will be used to manage the district's textbook and other instructional material resources. Instructional materials are key components of ensuring an instructional program's effectiveness. The goal is to give each student with high-quality instructional materials that are both efficient and affordable.
