Abstract
Work-related pressures are unavoidable, and humans have a natural tendency to react to them, resulting in emotional and physical difficulties. Prolonged exposure to stress, on the other hand, may result in more severe health problems. Finding techniques to handle stress is one of the most difficult issues that teachers face on a daily basis. Eastern Visayas State University – Carigara Campus faculty members have a high tolerance for stress. They are not easily influenced by workplace challenges. Expertise in their field of specialization is the best predictor of respondents' levels of confidence and stress.
