Abstract

The paper discusses the benefits of a browser-based cooperative records management system integrated with a loan assessment system (CRMLAS) to Kanhilangsad Multi-Purpose Cooperative Incorporated (KMPCI). To cooperative members and stakeholders, CR MLAS is sufficiently transparent and comprehensive to function as a business intelligence solution. CRMSLAS is a web-based transaction system that enables cooperative members to do business in a secure and robust environment. The study's objective was to create an application system that enables mobile access to information across a variety of computer devices. The study is founded on innovation system theory and is based on collaborative conversations about system development amongst several cooperative stakeholders. Purposive sampling was used to choose 100 responders who were identified as cooperative experts by the members. The cooperative current system was compared to CRMLAS using a descriptive quantitative study design. Additionally, the study makes use of the system development life cycle to characterize the phases involved in the development of information systems. The researcher developed the system using a variety of application software. The findings indicated that all cooperative stakeholders intended to use the CRMLAS system, which enables stakeholders to conduct cooperative transactions more quickly, effectively, efficiently, and reliably. The KMPCI members strongly advocate that the proposed system be fully implemented to enable speedier report generation, information system security, effective and efficient cooperative operations, mobile access to information, and a unique end-to-end cooperative offering. Additional system features will become available in the near future as a result of the system's cooperative policies and procedures, as the system is built to be scalable for such system extension.
