EVSU president, Dr. Dennis C. De Paz, represented the university at the ASEAN University Network–Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) International Conference 2024 held on December 11–12 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The event, organized by Ton Duc Thang University and the ASEAN University Network, focused on the theme, “Innovating ASEAN Higher Education: Embracing AI Integration, Database Utilization, and Future-Ready Quality Culture.” It brought together over 300 participants, including quality assurance (QA) personnel, practitioners, and experts from ASEAN and beyond.
The two-day conference aimed to share knowledge and experiences in QA, foster networking among QA professionals, and discuss advancements in the field. Sessions were led by experts and highlighted how artificial intelligence and data-driven strategies could enhance higher education quality standards across the ASEAN region.
EVSU’s participation reflects its commitment to maintaining and improving quality assurance practices in line with global trends, ensuring excellence in its academic programs and institutional processes.
