Eastern Visayas State University (EVSU), through its Tanauan Campus, formally inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Samar State University (SSU) on September 29 at the Office of the University President.
The agreement seeks to strengthen research partnerships between the two institutions, foster collaborations in extension initiatives, and enhance institutional capacities in pursuit of shared academic and community development goals.
Representing EVSU during the signing were University President Dr. Dennis C. de Paz, Tanauan Campus Director Dr. Sheldon Ives G. Agaton, and other key Tanauan campus officials. SSU was represented by its University President, Dr. Redentor S. Palencia, together with other university officials.
Such partnerships are vital to EVSU’s continuing efforts to expand linkages within and beyond Region VIII, further exemplifying its commitment to collaborative growth and innovation.
