Abstract
Medication adherence is a critical concern for persons suffering from chronic illnesses. People may struggle to remember to take their prescriptions on time, especially if they have a hectic schedule or are traveling. Developing and providing a reliable application can help those in need to remind individuals to take their respective medicine. A Medication Reminder and Tracker Application addresses these problems as one of the main reasons for developing this system. This is an Android-based application which users can install either on or between these operating systems. Users can manually enter their medication, the recommended dosage, and the appropriate time to take it. This program provides related healthcare advice and tips that users can read through the system’s various descriptions of ailments. It uses a good user interface that is easy to navigate for individuals.
