The Eastern Visayas Food Innovation Center (EVFIC) supports the development of safe, high-quality, and market-ready food products through research, innovation, and technology transfer. It provides technical assistance, product testing, and capacity-building services to micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), cooperatives, and local producers. By promoting value-adding, food safety compliance, and innovation-driven practices, EVFIC contributes to food security, livelihood generation, and inclusive regional economic growth.
