To develop competent Geodetic Engineers serving the society, contributes for sustainable development through high quality education in the field of Geodetic Engineering profession.

PROGRAM EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The Graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Geodetic Engineering of Eastern Visayas State University, after five years of graduation shall:

PEO1. Demonstrate as technical expert in Geodetic Engineering field easily adapt the changing knowledge of the profession.

PEO2. Demonstrate leadership and initiative to facilitate the advancement of Professional and Organization Goal.

PEO3. Pursue lifelong learning in the field of profession and with continuous development.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

1. Apply knowledge in mathematics, physical science, and engineering sciences to the complex geodetic engineering problems.
2. Design and conduct experiments for hypothesis testing and draw valid conclusion through mathematical modelling.
3. Design, improve, innovate, and supervise systems to produce which meet the desired needs within realistic constraints.
4. Work effectively in multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams in diverse fields of practice.
5. Identify, formulate, and solve complex geodetic engineering problems.
6. Understand professional, social, and ethical responsibility.
7. Communicate effectively through oral, written, print, and other media.
8. Understand the effects and impact of the Geodetic Engineering profession on the environment and society.
9. Engage in lifelong learning by keeping the current trend and development on the field of Geodetic Engineering.
10. Know contemporary issues.
11. Use appropriate technique and tools necessary for the practice of Geodetic Engineering.
12. Know and understand engineering and management principles as a member and leader of a team and manage the project in multi-disciplinary environment.
13. Understand at least one focus area of Geodetic engineering practice and apply such knowledge to provide solution to actual problem.
