Completed May of this year, the newly constructed edifice was donated by Hon. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez of Tingog Sinirangan Partylist and House Majority Floor Leader and Leyte Representative, Hon. Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, through the efforts of Campus Director, Dr. Benedicto T. Militante.

Present during the turn-over ceremony were SB Member Dr. Quintin Octa (representative of Hon. Romualdez); Ms. Anna Marie Militante, Staff and Regional Coordinator; Dr. Benedicto T. Militante, Campus Director; Mr. Jojo Mijares, Municipal Coordinator; Mr. Nhel Ido, Coordinator for Northern Samar. Joining them were campus officials, DPWH representatives, faculty, staff, project contractor, and the local media.

Afterwards, Pres de Paz had an ocular inspection of the Ceramics Technology as well as other facilities in the campus.
