News EVSU alumni recognized as Top Engineers in the Middle East at Filipino Times watchlist awards

Two of EVSU’s distinguished alumni have been recognized among the Middle East’s top engineers at the Filipino Times Watchlist: Top Engineers and Architects Awards.

Engr. Ace A. Juntilla, an alumnus from batch 2004 of EVSU’s Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) program was named a Top Engineer for 2025, while Engr. Gerry I. Ligutan, an alumnus from batch 2008 of the same program received the same honor last 2024 in the prestigious, annually held awarding ceremony in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Said event is a celebration of outstanding Filipino professionals and their exemplary contributions towards shaping the region’s infrastructure and development.

Juntilla and Ligutan’s achievements reflect not only their individual excellence but also EVSU’s legacy of producing world-class professionals. The university community takes great pride in their success and the recognition they bring to Filipino professionals abroad.
