News EVSU holds IP Foundation course for DepEd Teachers

EVSU, through its Innovation and Technology Support Office (ITSO), is currently holding an IP Foundation Course for DepEd Teachers this April 14 at the Graduate School Function Hall.

This foundation course is part of the university’s initiatives rolled out for the National Intellectual Property Month 2026. Following the theme “Resilience, Innovation, and Engagement for Sustainable Development,” the course is designed to equip DepEd teachers with the necessary know-how and skills related to IP.

The one-day course features in-depth lectures on the IP system implemented by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), copyright, trademarks and branding, industrial design, patents and utility models, and invention spotting.
