The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), through CHED Commissioner Hon. Desiderio R. Apag III, formally conferred the Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) to Eastern Visayas State University’s Master of Engineering major in Electrical Engineering program last June 27, 2026.

The COPC was awarded during the Graduate School’s 104th Commencement Exercises and 33rd Hooding Ceremony, where Hon. Apag III served as the commencement speaker.
