The National Changhua University of Education (NCUE) is an offshoot collaboration of the May 2023 study mission to Kaohsiung, Taiwan of EVSU President Dennis de Paz, VPIEA Dr. Danilo Pulma and IZN Director Prof. Faustito Aure.
Areas of cooperation include knowledge-sharing, advance innovation, and resource amalgamation. This groundbreaking collaboration is expected to yield beneficial influence that will enhance not just the educational landscape of EVSU but also promote social advancement on a local, national, and global scale.

Among the international partners who attended the significant event through the Zoom platform are Dr. Hon-Man Lee of the National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), Dr. Pramudana Ihsan with the faculty members from the English Department of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya, Mr. Lucrecio Delgado of Wadhwani Foundation, Inc., and Atty. Fatima Reyes of the Adelaide Institute of Higher Education (AIHE), with our University President, Dr. Dennis C. de Paz. Mr. Jason Rex Cuaton of Virtual Staffing Solutions, our local partner representative, attended onsite with the different Vice-Presidents, Dr. Benedicto Militante of Administration and Finance, Dr. Lydia Morante of Academic Affairs, Dr. Analyn Españo of Planning, Research, and Extension, and Dr. Danilo Pulma of Internationalization and External Affairs, who represented EVSU at the venue.
This historic event is another feat for the Eastern Visayas State University in strengthening its connections toward national and international engagement.
To date, the university has 19 international partners and 32 local linkages with formal memorandum agreements.
