Eastern Visayas State University joins the nationwide celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) with the theme, “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
The University formally kicked off its participation during the Monday Flag-Raising Ceremony, highlighted by the simultaneous signing of the Civil Servants’ Commitment Wall led by EVSU’s University Key Officials. The activity symbolizes the University’s collective commitment to puso sa serbisyo, dangal sa tungkulin, and galing sa paglilingkod.
The Commitment Wall will be placed at the Administration/Office of the University President Lobby, where employees are encouraged to affix their signatures as a personal affirmation of their commitment to public service.
EVSU, through the Human Resource Management and Development Office, will likewise participate in the “Trabaho at Serbisyo Hatid sa Bayan” – PCSA Job Fair on September 11 and the Lingkod Bayani Run 2026 on September 13, joining fellow government institutions in celebrating the dedication and service of Filipino civil servants.
