Valuing the sanctity of marriage, EVSU conducted seminar entitled, “A Biblical Blueprint for a Happy Marriage” to the teaching and non-teaching personnel on June 22-23, 2022 at ABS-CBN Building, First Floor.
The seminar has commenced with the Welcome Remarks of the participants by Dr. Felixberto E. Avestruz; this was then highlighted with an Inspirational Message of our very own, Dr. Dennis C. de Paz.
During the first day of seminar, marriage-related topics as the basic tenets of a satisfactory marriage life were discussed. This further boiled down to discussing active roles of a family in the communal interplay which results in establishing sustainable network of godly society.
The second day of the seminar was highlighted with topics in relation to putting God as the premium character in the bond of marriage. Further, university professors extended their knowledge as regards maintaining the equilibrium between marriage and workplace to the participants.
Meanwhile, a mass wedding ceremony will be held on June 27, 2022 at Sacred Heart Parish where a number of prospective couples will be exchanging vows; these are EVSU employees, to wit: Danilo Bohol and Byatres Mari Bohol, Jerome and Gilyn Fernandez, Michael Samson and Liza Samson, Rolando Castela and Leah Castela, Janni Fileas and Marimar Ranis, and Ryan Jacosalem and Devena Inocellas with the principal sponsorship of some Key Officials of the university.
