The Social Security System Tacloban Branch hosted its Service on Wheels program for EVSU employees on October 11-12, 2023, at EVSU Graduate School Function Hall.
SSS Service on Wheels is an off-site set up where members avail themselves of the office’s various services such as account inquiries and verification, issuance of SS number and PRN, loan application and benefit claim transactions among others.
This initiative is part of SSS’s commitment to provide equitable access to social security benefits among employees of the university.
On September 27, 2023, EVSU signed a Memorandum of Agreement with SSS, which aims to pave the way for the former’s contract-of-service employees to avail themselves of the services and programs of SSS.
The two-day event was also opened to permanent and/or regular EVSU personnel who are interested in the services offered by SSS.
