News EVSU joins CHED-Beifang Automotive Education Group meeting to explore global tech-voc partnerships

EVSU joined the Commission on Higher Education’s meeting with representatives from the Beifang Automotive Education held from July 6 to 15, 2026.

A leading China-based institution specializing in automotive technology education and industry-oriented training, Beifang Automotive Education Group engaged in the week-long meeting to foster stronger academic and technical ties within the country. The visit served as a collaborative platform for exchanging institutional strengths, priorities, and best practices in workforce development and automotive technology education.

EVSU’s participation opens exciting possibilities for future international engagement, with preliminary discussions covering key areas of potential cooperation. These include faculty and student mobility programs, curriculum enhancement, industry immersion opportunities, technical skills training, and applied research—further solidifying the university’s drive to expand its global network and elevate its technical-vocational and engineering instruction.
