Description of the Program

The program is designed to equip the prospective school administrators with the competencies and skills needed for effective school administration and supervision.

Goals and Objectives:

1. To provide the students with the concepts, issues and trends in school administration and supervision.
2. To familiarize the student with the language of school administration and its development as a specialized field of study.
3. To promote the application of skills in school administration and supervision for effective implementation of educational programs
4. To stimulate greater attention and genuine concern for higher levels of competence and performance in school administration and supervision.
